Businiess name:  Keller's Professional Auto Service

Review content:
I was having some trouble with my car earlier this week, and found Keller through an internet search. Since my car wouldn't start I would need to have it towed and I was happy to find a coupon for free towing on their website. I had my car towed there, and was called the next day and told it was a battery problem. So I went to go pick it up and was slapped with a bill of $302.50, including tow. When I pointed out that I had brought a coupon in for a free tow I was told "that's only for repairs". So then I provided a coupon for $50 off, and was once again told "that's only for repairs". So I said to the guy behind the counter "my car wasn't working, so I had it brought here and it was repaired, now it works, how is that not a repair?" to which he replied "I'm not arguing semantics with you". So I paid the $300 for the battery replacement and walked out to my car to find that they had double parked it over a space in a crowded parking lot. Thankfully there was no damage to my car, but this just speaks to the total unprofessional and apathetic attitude of the staff. BEWARE!
