Reggie is AMAZING. I have gotten many massages at different spas but never left quite satisfied as I did with Reggie. He asked if there were any problem areas that I needed work on. There was this pain I had right around my neck & shoulder blade area that no one could ever massage to my satisfaction. If I was satisfied, it was short lived & the pain would return in a day. Reggie not only massaged away the pain in the problem areas but worked out kinks in other muscle parts I didn't know I had. After my massage, I was rejuvenated, breathe better, and my body stayed painless and energized for weeks. As for the NB Spa & Shop staffs, they were friendly, courteous, and very ACCOMMODATING. I was stuck in traffic & called to let them know I might be late...no problem!!!! Can't WAIT for my next visit with Reggie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy I finally found a spa and a GREAT massage therapist.
