He's reasonable and provides good service. - I was introduced to Jeff by by ex-husband. He helped me develop a financial plan which has give me tremendous peace of mind following my divorce and takes care of my returns at a reasonable rate. - Jeff prepares all of our business returns - we have 4 companies and 6 rental properties. He's very intelligent and provides great service. more

BEST Massage!!!!!!! 5/15/2011

Reggie is AMAZING. I have gotten many massages at different spas but never left quite satisfied as I did with Reggie. He asked if there were any problem areas that I needed work on. There was this pain I had right around my neck & shoulder blade area that no one could ever massage to my satisfaction. If I was satisfied, it was short lived & the pain would return in a day. Reggie not only massaged away the pain in the problem areas but worked out kinks in other muscle parts I didn't know I had. After my massage, I was rejuvenated, breathe better, and my body stayed painless and energized for weeks. As for the NB Spa & Shop staffs, they were friendly, courteous, and very ACCOMMODATING. I was stuck in traffic & called to let them know I might be late...no problem!!!! Can't WAIT for my next visit with Reggie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy I finally found a spa and a GREAT massage therapist. more

Worst Pedicure Ever 4/16/2011

For a salon that prides itself on client service and the quality of their products and services, the have really fallen short of their goal lately. I went in for a Signature Pedicure and my feet were soaked no longer than 2 minutes before she started exfoliation. When she worked on the nails, she only cut them. She did not even attempt to work on the cuticles. The polish was sloppily applied and I had to take it off at home, it was so tacky looking. The entire procedure took only 25 minutes and I am very disappointed in my services. I will definitely find somewhere else to go for similar services in the future. It is a shame since they used to be an exemplary salon. more

NATURAL BODY CUSTOMERS BEWARE! When Natural Body International (NBI) closed its Washington, DC area franchises, it refused to honor the outstanding spa package purchases made by customers at those locations. NBI has formally stated that it has no obligation to honor service promises made by its franchisees. The Washington, DC area franchises closed with very little warning to their customers. BE CAREFUL! more

Natural Body Spa In Buckhead is the only franchise for the company. It IS the best Wellness Spa In Georgia, hands down. I have had NUMEROUS great experiences at this location. I continously tell my friends about this establishment. There is a reason I drive from North Georgia to 2385 Peachtree Rd. once a month or more-the service, smiles, and overall wonderful vibe that Natural Body Buckhead gives me. Recently, Creative Loafing's, Best of 2010 Massage Therapist award was given to Sarah Reynolds, an NMT Therapist at this location. This is a place you want to be a part of. You will not be disappointed. David Nicholson has a good thing going with this store. Support them, and vote for City Search, Best of 2010-Natural Body Spa in Buckhead. :) more

perfect place for a massage 7/20/2010

I was just dead tire for all my projects two weeks ago that I wanted a massage soo bad ! :-) Good thing we have natural body and spa around here in atlanta .. the staff were courteous and it was all worth it ! My husband and I were visiting the Atlanta area and looking for a spa. Of course I looked up Citysearch to find a spa. Natural Body had good reviews so we decided to give them a try. And we loved it! Michelle and Rebecca did our hot stone massages. We were both really pleased. Kat did my facial. She did a thorough job and recommended some good products for my skin.....good advice on overall skin care. Ashley did an excellent reflexology service for my husband. We definitely recommend this spa. Great spa environment! Pros: Good location, professional staff, excellent service Cons: I don't live in the area more

I had one of the best facials I have ever had here. I don't remember my facialists name. She was professional, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable. I got a 50 minute massage with the SpaFinder deal, and it was amazing. The staff in the front were so kind and welcoming. The spa itself was so relaxing and had a great feel to it. Ask for Daniel, he was great and had a lot of experience! more

Best Massage 12/29/2009

This was by far, the best massage I have ever had. I have had lots of massages, as I am an avid runner and exerciser. I was hesitant about the cost, but requested a deep tissue massage - now I never want to go to anyone else. I have never left a DT massage feeling completely satisfied, and always felt like the therapists could use a little more pressure. Not this time! She made sure that the pressure was appropriate and comfortable, but really worked out my aches and pains. She listened and focused on my specific concerns, and I left feeling much less sore and much more relaxed! Worth every penny, and then some! Ask for SARAH!! Pros: Everything! Cons: I don't live in the area :-( more

Beautiful Spa Superb Services 11/26/2009

I went with a friend lsat week and was asked to review the services, good or bad, on Citysearch. You will be very pleased to know I am here to report..... good news. We went on Saturday around lunch, we probably would go on Sunday next visit. I had a massage, a bikini wax, and a mani. I think the mani was a little expensive but then again I am use to the 20 minute Asian nail salons. The waxing was easy and thorough while the massage was relaxing and therapeutic. I know my friend enjoyed her facial as well. This was the best spa experience I have had in Atlanta by far! Pros: very impressive spa Cons: too packed on Saturday more

I went there to get a gift card for a friend and couldnt resist to treat myself. I didnt have an appointment but they slipped me in for an eyebrow shaping. my eyebrows have never looked better. Very helpful. Will definitely be returning! Pros: Relaxing Environment! Great Staff! more

Best Facial, Best Massage, in Atlanta, HANDS DOWN!!! 11/13/2009

I've had several massages with Cassie, amazing massage therapist, at this cozy spa; my last visit I decided to have a facial as well. My esthetician was a young lady named Keelie. I was very impressed with how gentle she was, how well she knew her poducts, and her selection (all natural, of course) for my very sensitive skin. Normally, after facials, my skin is left bright red and tingling from products that were not compatible with my skin. I had a good service here 11/12/2009

I had an excellent massage at this location. I threw my back out and waited about a week before I came in. The therapist, not sure of his name, knew the body well and really helped the issue.
