Review content:
Now, I know this is an older complex compared to the newer, nicer ones around it, but I expected better treatment than I received. The response times to work orders are ridiculously long ( I went without heat for 3 weeks and had to stay at friends house, among other instances). The parking is a nightmare (I am a female who works nights and often had to walk 4-5 buidings down to my car at 11pm, with inadequate lighting and groups of men hanging out). The apartment rules aren't enforced (I saw at least 15 people walking pit bulls, which aren't supposed to be allowed). The police are seemingly in the complex once a week without fail, and I swear in heard gunshots. The office personnel is extremely rude (except for Barbara- don't be fooled into thinking they're all that nice), and they took money out of my deposit that I had already paid when I moved out. That's not even mentioning the vandalism to cars I saw (and my HUBCAPS being stolen), and by the way, note that there's no grace period on rent.
Pros: I really liked the interior of my townhouse- it was spacious with a fireplace and spacious closet
Cons: everything outside of my apartment
