Review content:
I have been a patient of the Austin Regional Clinic for several years now and have not been impressed. In fact, I am not sure why I am still a patient - the services are not that great! Scheduling an appointment can be painful because the doctors are always booked. It has taken be several weeks to get an appointment -- at a clinic, no less. Once the appointment is booked, the wait in the waiting room can last for all eternity. Seriously, I have waited for an almost an hour to see the doctor-- and even then, they hurried me along during my appointment "to make up for lost time." If you are looking for a doctor, I would not choose ARC unless there are absolutely are no other options...
