The setting I bought from Joseph at Whitefire was exactly what I had looked everywhere to find. The only problem was that it didn't appear to come in the finish that I needed. No problem for the folks at Whitefire- they ordered the setting and put the satin finish I was looking for on the ring themselves. It ended up perfect! Joseph spent more time on the phone with me answering questions and getting information for me on everything from the alloy content of the metal in my ring (so my girlfriend wouldn't have an allergic reaction) to details about diamond grading. The service was more than I ever could have expected and the end result was nothing short of perfect.
