My fiance and I had been looking to trade in some heirloom jewelry and use some of the stones to create her new engagement ring. After visiting with nemerous jewelry stores and other local jewelers who insisted that we spend double the amount of the trade in value we found Joseph. He was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and down to earth gemoligist that we found. But where he really stood out was he did not require us to spend double the amount of the trade in. I would reccomend Whitefire to anyone in the market for jewelry. They did an excellent job and I will definately be back!
