I hit my custom-made ring (made by white fire) really hard and cracked one of my small diamonds..I called White Fire to replace the diamond. To my surprise, they replaced the diamond, polished and refinished the metal at no charge!!! that is service you just dont see these days. I highly recommend White Fire for custom work- I LOVE my ring and get tons of compliments. I'm thankful that I found a jewelry designer that would work with my grandmothers diamonds to make me a special ring!
