I bought the engagement ring at Whitefire. After comparing with several other options in Austin, Joseph at Whitefire made me feel by far the most confident. He was great in educating me about rings, his prices are MUCH better than in most storefront shops in town, and the entire buying experience was great.
There was no pressure at any time, and he was always super reliable when he gave me prices and time frames. He showed me many different options - but really let it up to me to make the final decision.
Fantastic experience - highly recommended!!
