Review content:
I took my 2 children to get their pictures taken at JcPenney's because I had purchased a Groupon coupon and we had the worst experience ever. We show up at our scheduled appointment time and wait over 20 minutes to be lead back to a dark studio room. You would have never guessed that the photographer assigned to us had taken pictures of kids before because she did a lousy job at getting the kids to look at her and smile. After 10 minutes of taking pictures she said she thought she got enough decent shots and that was the end of the shoot. We review the pictures and there was not a single picture I would purchase. They were horrible. Spoke to the manager and she said to come back by for a reshoot. We came back a week later and got assigned to the same photographer! The only other employee on duty was helping other costumers. 5 minutes into our shoot we ask if there is anyone else that can take the pictures and she gets the other employee to come in and this lady did really good interacting with the kids but did not spend more than 2 minutes with us. Took some semi decent pictures and ended the shoot. I would never go back to JcPenney Portrait Studio after this experience.
