I too experienced poor customer service as a renter, including lack of clear communication about the termination of my lease and sending a repair person into my apt. without confirming the time/date with me first. They didn't strike me as particularly organized or focused at all on customer service. Most surprising was their typo in the vacate date they issued to me at the termination of my lease and their subsequent request of me to lie to their property owner about their error. That was pretty unbelievable.
I'm sorry to say they were horribly lacking in professionalism, ethics, and customer service. I seriously recommend avoiding Ballard Realty.
