Very unprofessional, never returns phone calls, will only deal with you thru emails, doesn't have an open office due to so many irate customers, when you finally do get him on the phone he will hang up on you when you bring up any issue rather than work out the conflict, he tries to charge you for things that should be the owners expense, we have been out of the rental for 3 months now and have yet to get out deposit back after he sent us an itemized statement showing that he owed us money. He is a fraud and a cheat...STAY AWAY!!!!!
