I was the driver in an accident that totaled my friend's car. Fortunately, I was not at fault, and was able to walk (stiffly) away - directly into an appointment at Zama Massage. Suffering from whiplash, and bruises everywhere, I was promptly cared for by the professional and knowledgable Zama staff. At the end of the visit, not only was I pain free, but I directly attribute the care I received at Zama for enabling me to return to work the very next day! My follow up appointments were invaluable to my recovery and continued well being. Once a month for several years, I attended a one hour massage with Katherine Stauffer, and later with Erika Mueller. Other than the accident, I have health related pain issues that are significantly relieved by massage: it is the most cost effective and least invasive form of effective pain management I have tried. The staff at Zama has also worked hard to accommodate short-notice needs, such as special events or changes in my pain levels that need immediate attention. I really enjoy and appreciate the staff at Zama and have recommended them several times to friends who are looking for a professional, consistent experience. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking pain relief as part of a plan for whole-body healing.
