They got it right on the environment, but missed on service. The massage involved the therapist primarily using her forearms and what I can only guess was a portion of her elbow; I asked her 6 different times to "please use lighter pressure". Since there isn't a shower area, but it is the same rate as a developed spa in Portland, I had assumed there would be a waiting area following or encouragement to stay in the room longer. No, afterwards the therapist nicely said I could stay one or two minutes before dressing. At the counter the only comment I received was "$70" and that was it. There was also a man behind the counter and he too said nothing. I just think when you enter a "Spa" for a one hour massage and 70 minutes later you are in your car driving home it could NOT be good. Pros: atmosphere Cons: no shower, curt staff, poor massage therapis
