If you're serious about your workout this is the place to go. I joined last November and immediately started working out with one of Timberline's trainer's -- Karen Peden ("KP"). KP is awesome -- every workout is different. She changes it up every time, so you're challenged at every workout. She combines cardio with the weights, so you're really getting your heart rate up. It has really motivated me to work out again. The gym also offers classes (free to members) that are also great workouts. They're all small -- sometimes its just a couple of people -- and you get a great pilates workout. All in all, this is a great place to work out -- Pros: Personal trainers, size of gym, friendly members and staff Cons: nothing
