4/21/2011-Called Precision a few weeks ago and requested to have Joe come and do a check up on our AC as he fixed our Heater in February and was real nice and professional. On April 11, 2011 Joe called and could not make it but sent Nick to do the job and he was very thorough with his recommendations and findings. He stayed over 3 hours to help us with our decisions. We decided to have a Carrier Infinity installed. On 4/15/11 Drew and Obie came to install the systems. From Joe, Nick, Drew to Obie, they all were on time, very friendly, professional and patient with any questions. We would reccommend them to anyone and have already done so. After a week, we love our a/c!
