I?ve moved twice with Key Moving and Storage, and would do it again. The first move, from Philadelphia to New York, was flawless and painless in every respect, and very competitive in price. I was impressed by Daniel?s organizational skills, his courtesy, and his promptness in responding to questions large and small. The second move, five years later, from New York to Austin, Texas, was flawless on the packing and moving end - seemingly a repeat performance. However, I discovered after the movers left that two important items were missing from the delivery. Daniel immediately took responsibility, located one of the items, and had the driver of the truck send it to me by UPS. The driver unfortunately did not wrap and seal the box (which he?d opened to check the contents), and a painting was damaged (glass, frame, and matting) ? damage not covered by the moving insurance. Key Moving has agreed to cover the expense of the repairs ? as always, with respect and courtesy. (I?m hopeful the second item will also be located!)
