My husband and I were interested in getting massages for our one year anniversary. Yes, it's my fault for thinking about it after hours on a Saturday night, but I tried calling a few places on Sunday morning. Howard called me back and left a message, telling me there were a few massage therapists on hand that Sunday and to call him back to make an appointment. I called Howard back and he never returned my call. I tried calling again and spoke to a woman. She was very rude!! I told her I wanted to get a massage for my husband and I, hopefully at the same time and her response was -- "That's not going to happen" She told me that Howard would call me back and he never did! Thanks a lot!! We ended up going somewher else with a much more professional staff.
