First of all the only reason why I am even giving them 1 star is because you can't give 0.
I purchased a $4000 set from Behrs furniture this summer. The set came several weeks later with scratches, dings, split wood and some pieces weren't even painted. I immediately called the manager who said he would call the company and replace the entire set but it would take several weeks to get the replacement pieces in. Last week the replacement pieces came in and it was exactly the same problem. My baby is due in less than 10 days and now I have to go to a different store to order new furniture.
