I do not typically write a review of places I have worked with but in this case I am making an exception. I have had my car serviced several times at RMB of Atlanta North. It is a Mercedes dealer and while I have an older Mercedes I had bought used, I was reluctant to have the service done at the dealer since I was under the impression that the staff might look at my car with less respect since it is older and bought used, and that the cost for service would be exorbitant.
I have been happily mistaken on both counts. The people in the service department are delightful and so accommodating. They first time I took in the car, it was for a minor recall issue. The cost to me was zero and they did the work quickly, accommodating my schedule easily, little waiting for assistance and even washed the car when they were done. After that experience I decided to try out their regular service. Again, the people were so nice and everything was done quickly and efficiently. While any car service has gotten expensive, I was pleased that it was not in any way unreasonable and was so easy to have things done and done well that I could not have asked for more. I was even provided a complimentary vehicle to drive while my car was in overnight for service.
Given the experience I have had I have been back and will continue to use this company for my car servicing and repair. Much thanks is deserved by Steve Byrd, my service advisor, and all the other people involved in the care of my car.
