If I could give this store a no star rating I would. I was treated horribly by the older woman, who I assume is the owner. Also, she was trying to get me to leave so she could close the store early and told me that I could sign up for delivery but just call in the morning if I had a truck and come get my mattress. I did exactly that and no one answered the phone for 3 hours. So I drove there and was told my mattress was out for delivery which took another hour and a half to get there even through I lived less than a mile away. The topper of all this is that she sold me a QUEEN mattress and then delivered a FULL mattress. I believe this to be very unethical, and at $1000 was hoping to have this bed for a long time. Classic bait and switch. And of course they don't have returns, so I couldn't return the bed that I ended up with. I am reminded of how horrible this company is every time I go to bed on my tiny mattress.
