I have been going to Luxe for approx 6 months. I used Heather who was Ok (somewhat conservative). I always tipped very well and was always on time. For some reason the last time I went I was kept waiting for over 15 minutes and then left by the sink for over 20 minutes while Heather blew dry someone else's hair. When I asked Heather what was going on she simply started sputtering and lying to me. In short I was treated very badly and will not be going back. FYI Heather's highlighting really stinks.
