I will never go back to The Tax Doctor! I was referred by a friend and was very disappointed. They rushed us through our taxes, did not take the time to answer our questions and then said our taxes would be done in 3-5 days. Needless to say they cashed our check within two days and 7 weeks later they still did not have our taxes done.
My husband and I called them every day for the seven weeks and we kept on getting the same answer that the CPA was in a meeting and that she would call us back. We never did get a call back. Finally we drove back after seven weeks and demanded a refund and our tax papers back. They never apologized or completed our taxes and had no excuse.
I will never go back to them again and highly recommend that no one else goes to them.
