Review content:
Our Firehouse experience was for their New Year's special, so it was not the typical experience there. It was a 7 course meal and was $99 a person, not counting drinks or tip. I have to say it was a great experience, worth it to do it once, but I don't think we'll be repeating it anytime soon. The staff was very attentive, almost too attentive, as we felt we were being watched throughout the whole meal. My seat was facing the wait staff area, which made it seem worse. There were about 15 servers just there waiting for anyone from their tables to need something. Some might enjoy this type of service, but we felt it was overbearing. The food was great though and there is a beautiful area to eat outside (although we didn't get to enjoy it on a December night).
