I've been here twice, and the food it always great. HOWEVER, the place is always way too packed...I think they must have a fire marshall on the payroll to get away with this crowding. What made our experience so TERRIBLE was that we had a reservation made a day in advance when we called to confirm a few hours prior to our seating. They told us we couldn't be seated for at least another half an hour and to come in at 9:30PM. We arrived at 9:25, and they said they were off track because of traffic (?) and we should wait outside. We didn't get seated until 10PM and then only in the outside area where a breeze blew through the plastic covering and made for a pretty unpleasant meal. Yes, it may have a good name, location and food, but service like this is going to ruin it eventually. I hope they get their act together.
Pros: Great tasting food.
Cons: Inability to stick to reservation schedule and bad attitude
