I have been many places for gelato and this place is quite decent. It is better than most of the places in LA. It is definitely not a horrible place. I think the last reviewer came during a time when paradise was at its worse. I found the management to be very reasonable, and I am sure if you tell them it sucked and why (in a polite way), they would probably try to remedy the situation. Anyhow, I thought both their gelatos ANd sorbets were very fresh and creamy with a solid vareity of flavors that I liked. If you want some variety try Crema Dolci in south redondo in the riviera village. Anyhow, when I am in Manhattan, I go to paradise and cant complain and when I am at home, I go to crema dolci. You cant go wrong with either.
