If I could give zero stars, I would. They promised to call with an estimate - didn't happen. They promised to call before ordering a part - didn't happen. They said they would call to before arriving at my tenant's - didn't happen. They agreed that BEFORE drafting my debit card, they would call - DID NOT happen. And, as of today 9/1/11 it has been at least 3 weeks since the repair and I had not received a physical invoice - but, they had their money. Each time I had to call them. NO one called me in any occasion. Will never use them again.
