Review content:
This Japanese salon is located next to I15 in Kearny Mesa. Most of the staff are Japanese, so it might be hard sometimes to explain what you want and make sure they really understand it.
A friend of mine actually had a bad experience one time with them. There was misunderstanding between the customer and the staff so she didn't get the style she actually wanted.
Other than that they are fine. Just make sure you pick the right staff before they did something to your hair.
