I would have to say, I too have been to almost all the "top" sushi restaurants in Houston and 400 Sage was right up there with my number one pick. Not only was the sushi fresh and delicious, the service was incredible. I went with a group of girls on a Friday night and had 8 o'clock reservations and got seated as soon as we walked in. We never had to wait for our drinks or food and once we were done eating, moved to the lounge and continued to be served by our same waitor from dinner. I have to say I will definately be back and very soon!
