Review content:
Whether you have been coming here for years or have only just discovered Glow, you are always treated like a favored client. The welcome is warm, your preferences and concerns are remembered and accommodated, and you never feel rushed. Owner Jillian Wright has always taken care of me, but as of this writing she is soon to go on maternity leave. I have no doubt that in her absence I will receive excellent care from her very well-trained staff. One of the features I appreciate most is the low-key, no pressure attitude all the staff take toward selling the product lines Glow endorses. While products are described and suggested at the initial treatment, one never feels that they are being pushed on you. If you ask, they explain. Having experienced hard-sell merchandising at every visit of a series at Elizabeth Arden and a long prior relationship with Georgette Klinger, I really like the difference, just as much as I like the integrity Jillian demonstrates by only carrying lines she is prepared to stand behind. I like the intimate atmosphere of Glow, and look forward to my next visit.
