Had a bad result with the service I requested. The owner was oh so plesant when she wanted my business but treated me as if it was my fault that the process did not work. Oh course, she didn't listen to any of the things that have shown to work on my hair for over 20 years. She had to do it "her way" but then treated me badly when "her way" didn't work. It is not professional to blame me or to not correct her work. This isn't "brain science" it just getting a hair process done.
Also, when I immediately contacted her to give her the results of her work, she wouldn't get on the phone with me. I had called over 10 times. She said she emailed me. Not. She said she called me several times and left mssagags. I received on message but evey time I called to talk to her she was busy and she would not call me back.
When I finally did speak with her after well over two months, she offended me by saying that I shouldn't get the process done on my hair because it never works well (not the history I told her) and she was condecendig and rude saying that no one could please me (again, I have had so many great hair stylists over many many years) and finally tried to blame me for her poor results. She was defensive and offesive and I told her how disapointed I was in her because she presented herself to be a strong christian person and she only acted cold in response.
I DO NOT recommend this salon unless you like poor results, rude behavior and anti-christian character traits in your stylist. :(
