I am writing as an ex-employee of Packman Disposal.I want to say they don't care about the safety of anyone.
I drove for them and I drove the speed limit, stopped at stop signs like a "professional" driver. When I was in "training" I was criticized and verbally reprimanded for "going too slow." If I stopped at a stop sign they would treat me like I was some kind of an idiot. They would have me backing down streets and into culdesacs quickly with no regard for safety of neighborhood kids, property, or anyone's life for that matter.
They certainly don't care if their drivers hit someone and kill them because it would be the drivers fault.
The owner Lenny encourages this Demolition Derby style driving.If Lenny truly cared about the drivers then he would make sure that they are driving safe. One time a dog ran in front of my truck in Aurora, so I slowed down to let the little guy get across and the trainer told me to "hit it." I don't know if he meant to hit the innocent dog or go faster? Lets not forget that some of my fellow drivers thought it was funny to give the finger to people driving cars if the drivers got in their way or cut them off.
AND THEN THE OWNER, LENNY THOUGHT THIS WAS FUNNY!!! PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS DON'T BEHAVE THIS WAY!!! What a bunch of thugs and the owner is the worst for encouraging it!! A real company would fire these drivers!! If you can't control your anger you have no business driving a multi ton truck. The trucks are unsafe. The air brakes constantly leak. No matter how much you put it down on your pre trip and post trip nothing gets done unless of course you are one of Lenny's Pet Thugs. It is only a matter of time before one of their drivers severely injures or kills someone. The hair on the back of my neck stands up thinking about a child getting struck. I quit Packman Disposal and am hoping to spread the word about their lack of safety for anyone.
Greed is obviously more important than life to this man Lenny. Spread the word about this company.Lives depend on it.
