Businiess name:  Hong Kong Supermarket Inc
Review by:  G L.
Review content:
While its surroundings aren't exactly welcoming, the Hong Kong Supermarket is undoubtedly the best Asian supermarket in Philadelphia. With its abundant parking, wide aisles (wider than in the suburbs!), and clean store, even the most spoiled consumer will find something to like. I especially like the snack foods offered here, which include Italian hazelnut cookies, Japanese seafood & rice crackers, and Chinese crunchies. The produce department is also top-notch. (The merchandise is much cheaper than in the suburbs, and is fresher and of better quality.) But what keeps me coming here on a regular basis is how well the store is maintained. Many other Asian markets are dank, dreary, dark, and sometimes, dirty. This store is as nice as an Acme or Genuardi's. A+++!!!
