I'm not sure what happened with the last poster but I had a amazing experience with One Hour Air Conditioning. My air went out on Saturday night so Sunday I called and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, between 8 - 10AM. The technician showed up at 10:05 and promptly told me there would be NO CHARGE because he was 5 minutes late. I NEVER expected that to happen. When he finished getting my air conditioner runnng again he showed me that I didn't have to pay the $256 for the repair or service call. That's what I call Alway's on time or YOU don't pay a dime! Thanks One Hour!
