Took my 2 animals for an emergency visit. For my dog they miss diagnosed her and said she did not have bloat when she did. I had to insist on a X-ray. When they did X-ray her her stomach twisted. 2 members of the staff were laughing at her X-ray b/c it looked like a bobby pillow. Very cruel. My cat they charged me for a bath they never gave her. Staff is rude and they try to charge you for everything. They even asked me my budget on "what I could afford" When I complained about the above their "personal representative" hung up the phone on me. Stay away from this clinic. Go to U of Penn or Metropolitan in Trooper. Pros: None Cons: Expensive and rude
