I took my Pomeranian here for the first time today and was extremely satisfied with the services they provided. It's taken 3 terrible experiences until someone finally got it right. The last thing I should have to worry about is whether someone is going to butcher my dogs hair. Iishha, the groomer and Bobby, the manager, were very polite and attentive when it came to my concerns and needs. They made my Pom feel very safe and secure (he was shaking so bad). I felt very at ease when I had to leave him. When I picked him up, he looked exactly what I had ordered. lol Thank you Bobby and Iishha for such a wonderful first, but definitely not the last, experience. I could not have been more happier or satisfied with today's service!!! Finally, a peaceful mind!!!
