I dropped my car off and explained that both of my cars had broken down at the same time and I needed it back asap. He said he would get it fixed and I didn't need to worry. He had my car for 5 days and I started trying to contact him to get an update. He wouldn't return phone calls at all and I ended up contacting him on facebook just to get any response. He told me then he needed 5 more days and the car would be done. So, I allowed 5 more days to pass and called him again. He still hadn't even started on my car. I put a post on facebook stating how I was not happy with the performance of the shop and asking my friends to recommend another place and an employee of his started harassing me online claiming that my car wasn't being worked on because I never paid for parts up front. The owner whom I had been dealing with never had said anything about needing money up front. They had my car a total of 12 days and they never worked on it at all. I ended up paying a tow company to take it to another shop. My car was fixed the same day. I would never go back to this place, and I really hope that no one else goes through what I did with them.
