By day I am a busy VP of financial company here in Austin. In my home life, I am training for my 5th Ironman competition, this time in New Zealand in March. I called here because I was in pain from my bike the day before, I tweaked something along the ride in my neck and back. Kate got me right in, got me on the table and worked her magic. Her knowledge of anatomy and the fact that she has worked with other Ironman competitors really put me at ease. My back and neck are great, and I know I will be working Kate's massages into my regular training schedule. It was truly a blessing that I found Kate!
