Working with Gilbert Roy was a great experience at Bertera. He did an outstanding job of describing all of the features and available options for the Outback, and he really focused on ensuring that we were treated professionally. We were given a fair price on the car from the outset. We haven't used the service department yet, but I'll try and add comments on that in the future.
