I am writing a letter to express my appreciation for a service job well done on my 92 Ducati 900ss. I have recently gotten back from serving in the US Army and while stationed down in the Southeastern part of the country. This particular bike has been to no more than three different Ducati dealerships and one independent mechanic in an attempt to get it to run properly and it has been a complete failure every time. I brought the bike to your facility in Lakeville, MN and because it has an aftermarket Ignitech ignition installed on it, it was suggested that your employee Dough Loughgren, (at your Minneapolis) facility look at the bike to see what issues were causing the problems. It took almost no time for Doug to diagnose the problem, keep me informed and fix it without any hassle to me whatsoever. I am so impressed that I will be bringing my race bike to Doug for him to tune as well. I will also be spreading the word. Thank you again.
