If repair falls under Yam Ext Service Plan, you pay a diagnostic fee, but the repair would be covered if it falls under the contract. The diagnostic fee is still required. Bussiness office unorganised, they work part-time. The owner has high hopes, but it appears management is the issue. Parts are mostly order only, not much stocked it seems. Too bad.
