Fantastic Service from the Service Dept New Year's eve snowstorm, I locked my keys in my outback with the car running. I knew I didn't have a prayer with AAA, so I came back into the office and called Bertera Subaru where I bought the car. They were getting ready to leave early, but the Service Dept made a key and the Service Mgr., Joe Newton, drove to my office, picked me up and brought me to my car (the cleanest and warmest in the parking lot--did not have to scrape it off since it had been running for about 45 minutes). This was above and beyond the call of duty and I have told everyone who will listen what a good experience I had. Thank you
