The PROS: Lovely hotel, nice & calming rooms w/ good ambiance, facialist was good. The CONS: The facial aethetician was very good & the experience lovely right up until the moment she began the hard sell for all the products I "must have" ... which added up to more than $400! She even carried them to the checkout desk w/ instructions that I wanted to buy them!! Massage therapist equated "deep tissue massage" with "rub hard and fast". Didn't seen especially knowledgeable re. pressure points that release the knots. Waiting room uncomfortable; upright chairs w/ no footrests or interesting reading mtl.
Pros: nice & calming rooms, good abiance in rooms, comfortable rooms
Cons: hard sell!!, waiting rm uncomfort.
