Review content:
I had Jason do a few small repairs so trusted him enough to front him money for a new heater. That was Jan 11 of this year and that's the last I've seen of Jason. After numerous emails, texts, phone calls and letters, I received 3 stall emails from him - “Sorry I've been sick”, “They sent the wrong part”, “They sent the wrong part again.” I gave up, ordered the part online and had a reputable service install it - all within a week. I've never written a negative review before, but Jason deserves it. With so many professionals out there, do you really want to take the chance of being ripped off like I have been?
Pros: Nice guy
Cons: Took money, didn't finish job
