My husband and I were staying at the Venetian and we wanted to have dinner at a romantic Italian restaurant. We are not too familiar with nice restaurants so when we passed by Zefferino's it looked nice and we decided to go in. Bad idea! The hostess' were very pleasant, but once we got inside it all went down hill from there. After we sat down and ordered our drinks, we waited for about 15 minutes before anybody came over to take our order, and that was only after we asked if we could order. Once we got our food we were pretty much ignored for the rest of the night. Nobody came over to give us refills or ask how we were doing. However, the couple next to us received pretty prompt service. Once we were finished eating they collect our plates, but did not ask if we wanted dessert and never brought us our bill. We had to ask another waiter for our bill, because after he took our order our waiter never came back. Considering the type of restaurant and it's location we expected so much better.
Pros: View of the canal shops
Cons: Horrible service
