I am use to going to places where the line is long, the service is average and the doormen are rude and I have never had a reason to write a review because it really was not worth it!! I hearby make the exception on Katra. First we had booked our party accross the street and it was only ok. My friend went accross the road to check out Katra and came back and said the place was jumping. We went to the door with six guys and four girls and were asked what party we were with which I thought was the end of this adventure. We said none and were then told by the doorman that dont worry about it the owner will be out in a second and he will take care of us. He came out and with his little cute English accent invited us in. When in there one of my friends decided he wanted to do a bottle because it was pretty busy. As there was no cover we put our cash togeather and got a table downstairs. The music was rockin and was a mix of everything which suited everyone. people were so nice here from the staff to the people at all the other parties. We were having a wonderful night when the owner sent over a bottle of champagne to us for the birthday girl which I thought was so nice. On the whole it is so refreshing to be in a place that lacks all that snobbery of most clubs. Will be back
