If you are looking for good service from a knowledgeable staff, you will not find your solution here. It is apparent that the only that matters to this facility is their own financial situation and the customer is nothing more than a walking wallet (with poor vision). It is difficult to express how offensive the experience of dealing with this office was in just a few thousand characters, but be warned that your wait time will be long, the service will be fleeting and the staff will not be incredibly helpful.
There are other places in Northern Colorado for your vision needs, and it would be wise to pursue those options.
