I am sorry to say that our experience with Carolina Auto Spa was very negative. My husband went to have our car washed with floormats in. When he came home, there were NO FLOORMATS. The response from this business was we were LYING. I am sorry but, you don't find many more honest people than we are. Complaints with the Better Business Bureau were ignored by this business and never resolved. They never offered to replace our loss. We will never go back.
