They were a little busy when I walked in, but that is a good thing. When you go to a shop and they look slow be worried. These guys have plenty of business and I have been told they have been around since the 70's. I felt very comfortable and I knew I was getting a great deal on name brand items like Kenwood, Viper and Streetwire. I also bought some JL Audio stuff for my car that was integrated with my bluetooth system so when I plug in my iPod or iPhone it would come through my sound system. Job was clean and have had NO problems. VERY HAPPY customer. Ask for AJ or Masam
