Review content:
Fenouil's manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As a party of 11, we were understanding of their service being slow, and we weren't rowdy. Perhaps we were speaking loudly, but with 11 people, it's to be expected.
During the meal, he was showing a couple around the restaurant. When he was 3 feet from our table, he said in an audible voice "This is USUALLY a classy restaurant", indicating that he was talking about us. His passive-aggresiveness, and blunt disregard for whether we heard him was disgusting. We had just spent hundreds of dollars on food and cocktails, and he was turning his nose up at us.
I will NEVER go back. It's a shame, because other than their awful manager, the restaurant is good. I feel sorry for the waitstaff who has to work under someone who doesnt understand what etiquette or professional behavior is.
